As establishments continue to open and the restrictions on in person events are loosening, there are also many guidelines and mandates that must be followed to ensure the safety and health of your Event attendees and staff.
NYS requires that you:
- Gather all contact information of each attendee/staff member for contract tracing.
- Completing a Health Assessment Questionnaire prior to the event.
- Evidence that each attendee/ staff member has a Negative COVID-19 Test 72 hours prior to the event.
- Track and evidence that attendees have been vaccinated if applicable.
- The ability to evidence to the DOH that all the above has been completed.
